Send a procurement brief for your pre-engineered steel building. State what is fixed in the design, what may be offered as an alternative and when the buyer needs a decision.
Kirby Building Systems is an independent China sourcing and procurement coordination service. The original brand operates separately and has granted this service no dealership authorization.
Use the inquiry form for your first message and provide the email address where we can send scope questions and a quotation comparison.
For drawings or documents that contain client details, send a summary first and agree a suitable sharing channel before forwarding the files.
Include the building use, quantity, destination country and port. List clear span, length, bay spacing, eave height and number of storeys if applicable. For a hangar, add the net door size and operating clearance. For a workshop, include crane duty and any known maximum wheel loads.
State the latest acceptable shipment window and whether you need support with consolidation and export paperwork. If equipment or panels are supplied separately, mark which deliveries must be coordinated together. List any bundle length or weight limits from the forwarder or unloading team.
Attach the design wind, ground snow and seismic inputs with units if your project team has issued them. Specify the local code and edition, envelope core and thickness, finish, openings and required interior fit-out. Flag which figures still await engineering review before the enquiry is sent to prospective suppliers.
If you want inspection support, identify the milestones in your purchase schedule and ask for the evidence needed at each point. A typical request might include a material trace sample before cutting and a review of piece marks against the packing list before dispatch.
